Terms & Conditions

1. All registrations must be submitted through www.artomc.com.
2. Registration fee is mandatory for participation.
3. Selected artists will receive official communication via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
4. Final 20 selected artists for the Dubai Grand Exhibition will receive an official invitation.
   • Note: Visa, travel, and accommodation are not provided by the organizers but support and guidance will be offered.


5. All selected paintings must reach the OMC Indian office by August 10, 2025. Late submissions must be delivered directly to the respective venue.
6. The company will handle transportation of artworks for Indian and Dubai exhibitions.
7. Curators’ decisions regarding selection, awards, and display are final.
8. All selected artists may choose to sell their artwork during the exhibitions.
9. By registering, participants agree to all terms and festival guidelines.
